A meal doesn’t seem complete without meat, and our meat department has nothing but the best. Our beef is fresh, never frozen and we cut it right here. While some stores sell lower “inspected” or “select” grades, we offer only USDA Choice, the highest readily available grade of meat because we want you to have only the best.

We know you care where your meat comes from as well. That’s why none of our beef or pork is imported. All our fresh beef and pork is born, raised, and packed right here in the USA.

Our meat department staff has years of experience at cutting meat and is willing to help you at a moments notice. If you are looking for a special cut, special packaging or a special item, just let them know.

If you have a special occasion coming up and need a large quantity of meat, give us a call and we’ll have it ready for you when you want it.

Of course, we have our specialty items as well. Our own recipe for bratwurst is always a hit. They are available both in traditional form, or in patties without the casing. Our delicious liverwurst is also made here and ready when you need it.
